room is available starting august 1 for a one year lease, and rent is $545 plus 1/3 of the utilities. utilities include verizon cable, wireless internet, and electric (water is paid by the landlord). you have access to all rooms of the house except the other bedrooms, and would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates. washer and dryer are located on the second floor. no pets and no smoking.even though the room isn't available until august we are posting this early because we would like to get to know a little bit more about our "potential" roommate before they move in.
about us: we are both government employees that work in dc.we typically don't have parties but sometimes do have a glass of wine after a long day. we're just looking for someone who's clean, laid back, drama free, and looking to share a house with two other respectable people.
