my name is chris (29m) and i have a 2 bedroom townhouse in crofton that will have a large room with a closet and full bath opening up on september first. pets are accepted depending on circumstance, and you must be a clean responsible person. i'm very clean and responsible myself, and the house was purchased just a few months ago so everything is in great shape and i want to keep it that way. the house offers fios cable/internet, a propane outdoor grill, full kitchen, a roomba on the main floor, outdoor security cameras, washer and dryer and access to all rooms besides mine of course. i am asking for 800/month which includes electricity/cable/water. bedroom is not furnished and cable can be installed in your room upon request, no deposit required only first month when moving in! please contact me! 12 month lease preferable, other options are open for discussion however no month to month.
