as stated above, 1 bedroom for rent with private bath. the rent covers all bills- electric, water, rent and adt. nothing hidden. deposit will be $450 as well and returned to you at time of departure.small to medium dogs allowed so long as they're house trained. sorry but no cats (allergies).
i shouldn't have to say this but i must cover all bases- absolutely zero drugs and smoking only allowed outside.
i'm a 30 year old male who works full time plus does his guard drill one weekend a month. i like to keep my house neat and clean, just how i am and what i expect from anyone moving in. we'll talk more thoroughly if you're interested but just be aware that i'll like a few references plus verification of your work so i know you can actually pay rent. hah. =]
