hi! i just built a new home in covington, ga and am looking to rent out one of my spare bedrooms. the house is a 1 story, 3 bedroom 2 bath house. the bedroom will not be furnished but does come with mounted tv hookups, usb plug ins, closet in the room, and towels in the bathroom. i am unmarried with no children but i do have an inside dog and a boyfriend who is over frequently. i prefer a female roommate but am not picky about any lifestyle factors other than cleanliness and paying on time! the house is walking distance from the downtown covington square, which has lots of restaurants, a pub, ice cream shop, salons, etc. its a great location with easy access (4 minutes) to i20.

as for me, i work in hospital administration. i love to spend time with my family and my boyfriend. i love living a very healthy lifestyle and enjoy anything outdoors!

monthly rent is 450 + splitting utilities and cable/wifi bill. due on the 1st of every month in cash.
