i am looking to rent out a room in my house by 11/1/15. it is a gorgeous town home in a small 8 unit community. you will be joining myself (28, male) and one other (29, male) roommate in sharing the residence. the room for rent is a very large room and shares a bathroom. the house as a whole is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, washer and dryer installed.i have a dog and cat and my roommate has a cat as well. i am more of a clean person while my roommate is a bit messier so another clean roommate would be preferred. we split the utilities 3 ways and it usually will range from $60-$80 per person. we are big hockey fans and both play the sport as well. we aren't really party people, but enjoy having drinks at the house.
pets would be considered with an additional security deposit.

i own the house and work in the property management industry, however, i am currently pursuing a career in law enforcement. with that being said, i will not tolerate and illegal activities.
