1. 2 well-furnished rooms, new beds, comfort mattress, desks,
even bed comforter sets are also provided.
2. bright, spacious rooms in a 3 bed rooms single house. the house is in a quiet, secure community with good neighbors. park easily.
3. the location of the house is located at a very convenient place, which is between
winco and fred meyer, next street of kings blvd. it takes only 4 mins to
ride a bike either to fred meyer, or to winco, and it takes less than 10 mins
to ride to oregon state university. it takes less than 3 mins to walk to
bus stop, and it takes only less than 10 mins to take a bus to osu.
there is never traffic jam problem on kings blvd.
4. utilities fee covers electricity, gas, water, garbage, laundry, and internet/tv.
there is also a printer, copy, scanner and fax machine in the living room.
5. if you are willing to mow one time monthly, and simply clean the bath room,
vaccum and mop floor of public area one time biweekly, your rental can
be less $50 in next rental.
6. no drug, no smoking, no pet.
7. $350 deposit.
