hey everyone! my name is colin bellairs, and i'm currently staying on this property as a student, and a landlord, with my girlfriend jessi.we're looking for two other roommates around our age who would like to move in with us. two rooms are currently available. as long as there's space, almost any space is a shared space (excluding bedrooms). we have nearly everything you might need in a kitchen (i love to cook), a brand new washer/dryer, and a furnished living/dining space.
if you'd like to decorate a bit, we don't mind, but we'd like to all participate in the decoration of shared spaces like the living room. you can decorate however you'd like in your room (excluding painting the walls). unfortunately, we can't accept pets at this time, and if you're going to smoke, it needs to be outside. speaking of outside, though, the house also has a decent-sized fenced backyard with planter boxes and nice green grass. gardeners welcome!
the house is a 20-minute walk from the osu campus, and a much shorter walk to the free bus-line. there's plenty of curbside parking around the house. jessi and myself play a lot of video games, so if you enjoy xbox or pc gaming, we'll get along just fine. or we can just watch netflix!
additionally, with the house, you'll have access to the area's pool and gym that's only available to those who live in the neighborhood.
the rent is all you need to pay. no additional utility costs, internet charges, etc. utilities, the highest-speed internet available, and friendship are all included. :)
