this is a 4 bedroom duplex with 3 other girls and myself currently in it. some personal financial issues came up and i am looking for someone to take over my room and lease for spring term. contract is up june 15th so it is only for 3 months. my room is the biggest in the house, will come with cable box hook up. rent w/ utilities is usually $420 a month but that's when it was really cold outside, spring should be cheaper. you would share a bathroom with 2 other girls but they are good about keeping it kept up. house and girls are awesome just can't do it anymore. please email! i would like to move out very beginning of spring break (3/18/2011)
