i'm a 27 year old male looking for another roommate. i've lived in corvallis since 2008 and i work full time - a non smoker who picks up after myself. i keep the common living area pretty clean and i have no criminal record/history and no pets. i'm looking for male or female roommate (working or a student) who is also a non smoker and picks up after themselves. apartment is on the top floor of a two story building, noise is minimal and neighbors are friendly. surrounding area is newer development, on edge of south corvallis. parks, river, and walking/biking trails are nearby for outdoor activities.one bedroom with private bathroom is available now. apartment is 980 sq feet, 2 bed and 2 bath. a mini storage unit is included. no security deposit required, and no contract. landlord/property management charges a one time application fee of $50. pet's are okay: one dog - no cats. there would be an additional deposit of $250 for the pet required by the landlord/property. they do conduct background checks and need proof of income.
rent would be $400/month (water and trash included) power and internet separate. washer/dryer available for use. refrigerator and dishwasher are new.

a lot of college students and young adults on the apartment campus. public transportation runs every 30 mins and the bus takes about 15mins to get to osu.
