hey! i have a room for rent in a nice cornelius, nc neighborhood. near lake norman. i'd like to find a fun, respectful, trustworthy individual. i'm a 25 year old professional. i work and keep it pretty calm during the week but like to have fun on the weekends. i like things clean but i'm not obsessive. the house is furnished with the exception of the room in question. there is a clubhouse with a small gym and a pool. location is close to everything i've ever needed. washer/dryer is included. hardwood floors throughout. granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. rent is $500 plus half of the utilities. let me know if you have any other questions!
