we're a younger couple who just bought a duplex in a quiet neighborhood last summer. the available room has large built-in shelving along an entire wall and additional shelving in the closet. you would also have your own bathroom.

we're pretty laid back, clean, and quiet (at least i think we are!) and we're looking for a female or male who also fits this description. we have two lovable, small, hypo-allergenic dogs (meaning dog allergy sufferers won't have to worry). i am allergic to most dog breeds and cats, thus are looking for someone without cats, but would consider someone with a well-behaved hypo-allergenic dog.

$425 month includes: rent, internet, furnished house (except for the bedroom), lawn care, snow removal, and off street parking. additional cost of 1/3 of utilities please.

very close to bus line, north ridge park and lots of shopping. perfect for a grad student or young professional.
