i am renting one room in my new, very beautiful coral springs pool home. my lucky female housemate will have her own gorgeously decorated room with a (new) spacious built-in closet, dresser, brand new bed and bedding, small tv, and chic black out curtains. she will share a bathroom - with another woman. the bathroom has double sinks, double medicine cabinets, a lot of storage space, granite counter tops and high-end finishes.

no pets or children. sorry.

all kitchen items are provided as well as bathroom towels, so she only needs clothing and a toothbrush.

included in rent is: utilities, cable and internet, once a month housekeeping (a super bonus!), use of the pool and all common areas of the house.

i am seeking someone with a lot of integrity, who is neat and considerate.

monthly rent is $775, and it includes everything listed above in a fabulously decorated environment! i am seeking a long-term tenant, not someone who needs a place for a couple of months or so. first month rent plus one month security deposit is required to move in.

the house is located off sawgrass and atlantic (exit 8). immediate occupancy available.
this is probably the prettiest and nicest home you'll ever have a chance to rent in!
