i currently have a lease at coastal club lasting till august, but i'm moving back home and need someone to take over the lease by the end of october. it is $650 a month for one bedroom fully furnished (full size bed, dresser, desk, bedside table), one bathroom (water included), a kitchen, living room, and washer and dryer shared by my roommate who already lives here. at the clubhouse there is also a pool, tanning bed, movie theater, and gym. all utilities are included. if you are interested then please message me and we can discuss how you can take over my lease. it is a very simple process.
