1 large bedroom left in 3 bedroom 2 bath house with own private exterior door should you not want to go through the main house. your large bedroom has a ceiling fan - you'll have to share hallway bathroom with 1 other courteous/respectful roommate.
includes all utilities!! - premier high-speed internet - wi-fi; 220 cable channels, central air, heat, electric, water, sewer, rubbish removal, washer & dryer, parking space in driveway as well at 2 wonderful friendly roommates in the marine biology field - easy going, fun!
our lot borders the golf course for extra privacy with open kitchen, dining/family room with fireplace and 3 season screened porch facing golf course for added relaxation and great place to study.
since house was just purchased we are working on furnishing it however - you will need to furnish your own bedroom.
