looking for a nice room, well i have it. the room is in a nice quiet neighborhood, near pharmacies, gas stations, fast foods, urgent care facilities, its fully furnished with its private bathroom next to it, internet service, bills included, non smoker, parking, no pets, no couples and best of all in our 3 bedroom house, other amenities will be discussed once you accept the room. no need to bring beddings, since we will provide it, we want for the person to feel comfortable. i am married and my husband works from home, so need to have a quiet trustworthy individual to share our home. you are able to use the tv in the living room unless you have your own tv then, there will be additional cost for the cable box. there is a $100 deposit refundable at the end of your stay, as long as you hand the room clean and bathroom as we rented to you and the keys return. sorry no storage place.
