i am seeking a tenant to finish off my lease starting at the end of january. the house and roommates are great, but i have to move for work. the other roommates are good guys, both college graduates and currently employed.

it's a 3br 2 bath house with all the standard amenities including washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. the other two roommates have the house very nicely furnished with couches, furniture, and kitchen supplies. we have a nice backyard with a deck and firepit. parking is easy as we have both sides of the street to park on with houses on just one side. the house is a convenient 3-4 minute walk to the septa station which has proven to be convenient.

the house is a short walk to fayette street which has some good bars and a lot of restaurant options. generally, i'd say the house is in a great spot in that it's close to both the train station as well as the main strip in town.

rent is 616.66/person every month and utilities have been pretty cheap.
