wifi - laundry on site - ac set to 78 - tv/blu ray in room - king bed - 2 open shelves - windows blocked to save on ac costs but results in darkness(excellent if you work a night shift and sleep during day) - full use of kitchen appliances - 1 shelf in refrigerator(2 refrigerators in house) - small shelf in pantry - detached garage with space for your car
we are late 30s professionals. kids are in daycare/school.
we are a very loving and low drama family.
you will be left alone. husband will 100% leave you alone and is rarely home.
as we have a young girl we are asking females only - no guests allowed.
this means 100% no males, don't ask and i don't care how fiercely you swear you are gay. my job is to protect my girls not house you.
no smoking - no drugs - no drinking(we don't either)
pets and children ok - we have a very sweet great dane. she has never harmed any other animal but isn't adjusted to cats but i expect after a while she will get use to them.
rent is 500, payment is due on 1st.
