am looking for someone to take over my lease (ending march 2012) for my condo on the outskirts of concord -- 4 mile drive to downtown. you would be sharing the condo with my roommate, a professional male in his late 20s and his friendly black lab. the bedroom is approximately 13x11 ft and has two large closets that span a full wall. there are two windows and an ac unit that comes with the room. the bath has a full tub and full sink. the living room/den has an open archway into the kitchen and also a breakfast bar area that bridges the two rooms. the kitchen has a full-sized fridge, kenmore stove/oven, dishwasher, and storage space. there is a washer/dryer unit within the condo and closet for storage. there is parking and complimentary visitor parking which comes hassle free. front row parking is just an extra $25 a month to be 10ft away from the entrance of the condo. asking $550/month, includes water, heat, electric. you get the convenience of living minutes from downtown concord without the hassle of city life. gas stations, mcdonalds, dunkin donuts, tedeski's, post office, and restaurants are all within a 2 mile radius. my roommate and his dog are great - he is clean, doesn't smoke, hardly drinks and does not do drugs; just an honest surfer from michigan. i am sad to move and wish he could come with but he can't. if you are interested apartment viewings will be held at night or on sundays, due to his work schedule... i will be gone come 6/6/11.more pictures are available at http://www5.snapfish.com/snapfish/thumbnailshare/albumid=3870890027/a=5823958027_5823958027/otsc=shr/otsi=salblink/cobrand_name=snapfish/
ps the condo association keeps up on all general repairs quite well especially snow removal - they even brush your car off and shovel out your spot (very rare!)
pps unlike most community living complexes this one lacks that funky hallway smell - i don't mind walking through the hall and all the neighbors are fantastic and responsible.
