*backyard with a bbq, trampoline, patio table and chairs, grassy area to work out or garden (or whatever, we're open to suggestions) and also lounge chairs.

*this house is in a really great neighborhood, so convenient and safe with a beautiful park down the block. it is located close to walnut creek border, off oak grove road near treat blvd and ygnacio valley park in concord. near schools and shopping are less than a 10 minute walk away.
*there are bus stops extremely close by, only a few minutes walk away. the 11 bus goes directly to concord bart and pleasant hill bart. both stations are only 2 miles away.
*no cigarette or cigar smoking on the property. 420 okay. no drug or alcohol abusers.
