we live in ne washington state two hours north of spokane and 7 hours from seattle

the work-for-rent required is mainly various carpentry, house-farm maintenance work / firewood and chores around the property. if you want out of the city keep reading because we are way out in a wooded rural part of ne washington state. enjoy the seclusion and outdoor activities of our 212 acre forested land. if you like the outdoors and snow country you will love living here.

we are asking for approx. 10 - 15 (negotiable) hours of carpentry and/or maintenance work per week.
