the home is fully applianced, including a washer and dryer on site. tenants will have their own private room (with lock key), along with one shared bathroom and living space in full basement (half finished). the home also has a general living area, kitchen and dining room. security alarm, two way communication and sensors on all doors and windows (including bedrooms). wifi includes shared 24 mpbs. we have a spacious backyard with a privacy fence. trash and sewage included. drive way and street parking included. we are a non-smoking and drug-free environment. smokers may smoke outside. this is a quiet, laid-back atmosphere.
roommate qualifications
i'm seeking two roommates who are respectful, non-smoking*, liberal, open-minded, quiet, trustworthy, reliable and responsible. you must be hygienic, organized and clean. all bills must be paid on time. you need to have a reliable job and transportation**. must be a legal adult. pets on sight; you must have no pet allergy or sensitivity.
* smoking outdoors is okay, as long all butts are discarded safely.
** may not rely on myself or others for transportation.
rent includes living, eating and cooking space, shared bathroom, parking, private room (with lock key), on sight washer and dryer, yard

you are welcome to install cable, phone or other services at your own expense. you must cover all monthly charges, installation or other charges as a result of these services by the provider. the services must be installed under your name and disconnected before you move.
