i'm a 26 year old male grad student at osu, who owns a house in clintonville, and is hoping to find a roommate or two who are around my age and are either a student or employed.

the house is located in a nice neighborhood between high street and indionola, a little north of henderson. the house has been recently remodeled. it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one upstairs and one in the basement), new hardwood floors, dishwasher, washer and dryer, lots of storage, and a large yard. two of the bedrooms are spacious while one is smaller.

i'd like to split utilities with whomever moves in. i will have wireless internet, but will probably not get cable unless you want it.
