looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at leafy dell apartments in johnstown, ohio. johnstown is 20-25 minutes east of easton mall for a reference. looking for someone around march 1.
the apartment is roughly 1000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a/c, gas heat, nice quiet area. close proximity to the local bike path which runs for 20+ miles.
rent is $475 plus $100/month for utilities (animals would be extra.) . rent would be month to month. security deposit of $300
i am female, 37, enjoy cooking, nature, animals, and hiking. i don't have any parameters for a roommate, just someone who can be an adult, pay their bills on time, clean up after themselves in common areas, and be respectful and courteous to one another. i'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. i do have one cat.
i am possibly open to the idea of moving with someone to a different apartment if the location is right and it's a good roommate match.
