the room for rent is "average" size. currently, there is a queen size bed and small dresser in the room, but, can be removed if you have your own. the rent includes, utilities, access to the "common areas" both in and outside of the house, internet, washer and dryer and access to a landline phone (if needed). you must provide your own cable service...if you need it.the rent terms are negotiable, but i do require a 30-day notice, prior to leaving.
this a quiet community, so excessive noise is usually not tolerated or appreciated by the neighbors, unless there is a gathering (which cannot be daily or nightly). if you do smoke, it must be outside. no exceptions! i would prefer someone who is gay/lesbian, d/d/d free, responsible and clean! if you're not gay/lesbian, you must be gay friendly!
