my roommate of two years is moving and i'd like to find another trustworthy person. i have a 4 bedroom, 4 level split home in a culturally diverse north side neighborhood of columbus, ohio. there is currently no private bath (a basement shower may be installed in the coming months) but there is a private half bath. i live in the upper part of the house which has 3 bedrooms (my room, a guest room, and my office. the full bath is in my area. i have thought about switching it up and moving downstairs to the room currently for rent which is adjacent to the living room. of course....the basement shower would have to be completed before i'd be able to switch. i'm still thinking that one over. i'm ideally looking for someone who works second or third shift as i have a one car garage and a one car driveway. i don't mind doing the car shuffle as i'm used to it with my last roommate. i would prefer someone who is mature or at least mature acting. no preference on gender or sexual preference. i'm 51, gay, in a long term relationship, and conduct investigations for a government agency. i work two jobs and i'm at my partner's home most weekends. i do have 3 dogs (boxers) so you'd have to be a dog lover. i never wanted that many....long story. if interested, let me know. thanks, in advance.
