i have an indoor service dog but she does not go into rented portion of the home.

rent includes all utilities (acom security, internet, water, electric). month to month lease with 30 days’ notice.
no credit check, but i do require and check references. must pass background check, so no prior criminal offenses. $200 security deposit.
