i have a room for rent in carriage oaks subdivision. it is a beaitiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with brand new floors, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, etc. i have a screened in porch/sun room. a music room (musicians please apply!) i also have two german shepherds so please consider that when applying. i live within 5 minutes from sandhills shopping mall, 15 minutes from downtown columbia. i will require a background check and credit check and first month(600) as a deposit. i'll consider a pet depending on how they act with my shepherds. you're responsible for buying your own food, washing clothes, etc. 6 month requirement
