it is a very nice house, i am currently a 20 year old student at carolina.
i am the only other person in the house. i have a small-medium sized dog, she is well behaved.
the rest of the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
i have washer and dryer, however access downstairs would be somewhat limited (you will only have a key to the upstairs unit)
you do have a private entrance through the garage.
i don't party at the house often, i would hope for a renter to do the same.
