hello! we're a family of four renting out 2 of our spare bedrooms. $400/month flat. (including all utilities: water, sewer, gas, electric, internet).looking for female roommate!
bedroom comes with a bed, side table and dresser. bathroom is shared. the internet is 100mpbs. we have a washer/dryer and you have your own parking spot in the driveway. we are a cord cutting household, so we do not have cable tv, but we have netflix and hulu.
a little more about us: i'm ruth, my husband ryan is in the us air force. our two children and cat are very sweet and bundles of fun. needless to say, you must love kids and cats to live here!
we are a military family, drug use is not allowed (no exceptions) and smoking must be done outdoors.
upon move-in, please know that we will request first month's rent prorated($400) along with a security deposit ($400).
we are a warm and open family. we've forged some great friendships with roommates in the past, so if you keep to yourself this isn't the place for you.
