about me:i am a 27 year old african american male. i am a umbc graduate working as a software developer in silver spring md. i am a very neat, quiet, and friendly person who does not smoke, party, or even drink for that matter. i am looking for a tenant that has similar qualities, is responsible but more importantly someone who treats me, the other tenant and the property with respect.
about the house:
- 3 level townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
- location is 2 minutes for route 29, 32, and i-95. 5 minutes from 175 and 100. right between baltimore and dc.
- 5 minutes from columbia mall and a few minutes from almost every store imaginable.
- the best part is that lake elkhorn and the owen brown giant are within walking distance.
about the rental:
- unfurnished room with closet. room dimensions are 9.5' x 9.5'.
- available for immediate move-in.
- full hallway bathroom to be shared with the occupant of the second room.
- half bathroom on the main level to be shared by everyone.
- furnished living room and kitchen to be shared by everyone.
- guest parking available but there is 1 reserved parking spot which i will be using.
- rent is $650. $400 refundable security deposit will be required.
- lease terms are negotiable but as of now you can expect at least a 3 month lease.
