we are looking for a roommate, either single individual or couple, in columbia maryland. we are two graduate students in the process of moving out of single bedroom apartment and into a double bedroom apartment:http://www.edenbrookapt.com/
move in date would be july 3rd, 2012. the apartment is 1100 square feet and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony with storage closet, two master bedrooms (one for each of us) and a full private bathroom (one for each of us). the apartment comes with a flat screen tv in the living room, a fireplace, in house washer/dryer unit, trash removal, and an alarm security system. we have two friendly well behaved dogs (a golden retriever and a black lab) that live with us so dog friendly individuals are required. at this time no more pets are allowed so we can not take other dogs or cats, but smaller pets are allowed. rent will be $750 and includes utility costs. utilities include are:

wireless internet
the location is incredibly convenient which includes the following conveniences:
local shopping area with a 24 hour harris teeter grocery store, pizza, chinese, liquor store (open on sunday), subway, cvs, ritas, bagel shop, restaurants, and mcdonalds.
local park, playground, and river all across the street
interstate 32, 95 and 29 are all less than 2 minutes away from apartment complex for easy travel
40 minute to 1 hour drive for those commuting to dc
close to snowden river parkway, columbia mall, and other major shopping chains
