basement for rent in an updated columbia townhouse. available asap. the basement has a recently renovated full bathroom and private entrance. brand new carpet installed this past august. new non-porous, high quality ceiling tiles. large walk in shower with luxury shower head.those interested should be non-smoking, drug free, and respectful. must be willing to keep the common areas clean - but will not expect you to clean up other's mess. will be sharing the house with two young professionals in their mid-20s who work during the day and like to keep it relaxed at night. definitely not a party house. that said, we are very friendly and outgoing. we also have an old, low energy dog who is well trained and loves everyone. she will never be in the basement and is more likely to stay asleep than to greet you at the door.
the kitchen and washer/drier will be shared. the basement is all yours and will be treated as your personal space.
the following utilities are included: 50mbps wifi internet, electricity, water
the following are not included but can be added: verizon fios tv services
very quiet and safe neighborhood. access to trails, bike paths, and bus stops. within one mile of the king's contrivance village center which has a 24/7 harris teeter (grocery store). short drive to columbia mall. easy access to 95 for travel to either baltimore or washington, dc.
