29 for easy access to 95, 70, and 32. close to the columbia mall, hccc campus, and plenty to
eat and do in the surrounding area.
about the room: this is a second floor bedroom with large closet, carpeting, and window facing the woods.
about the rent: $589/month, all utilities & internet included. security deposit and first month's rent required.

person. ideally 23-33 year old, neat and clean, working professional, with a great attitude and personality. with a stable job and a solid background. absolutely non-smoking and no pets (maybe an exception for fish or reptiles). must have stable employment history, good references and credit.
about us: two mid-20's professionals (not a couple), and a dog, very friendly and working toward being trained as a certified therapy dog. our current housemate is the greatest human being ever but she is moving out-of-state so we're looking for someone new. could it be you?
