looking for a professional individual to rent out my finished basement to. includes furnished bedroom, bathroom, and a living room that will be shared. i just replaced the carpet with hardwood flooring so looks nice. kitchen is upstairs, which will all be shared with myself, my wife, and 3 year old daughter. we both work and go to school, im in the military, so gone alot and pretty relaxed around the house. we also have a boxer who is full grown at 40 pds and is kind of hyper but not aggressive at all. must be ok with dogs. we keep the place pretty clean and just ask that you do the same. message with any questions!
