room is furnished and has a tv that is connected to direct tv. share a bathroom with another female roommate. there is full use of the kitchen, laundry, and rest of the common areas upstairs. i am looking for neat and clean person. cleaning up after yourself in common areas is necessary. i am looking for someone who is a non-smoker and drug free, occasional drinking is okay. $500 security deposit. i have two large friendly dogs, and other roommate has a med size dog. amenities: ac, fireplace, satellite, dishwasher, internet, washer & dryer, grassed fenced back yard. utilities range between 100 and 150 a month and are not included in monthly rent.
