hi my name is julianna! i have a room available right across from the uccs campus. the house has a total of 6 bedrooms, all female. the room available is a private bedroom with its own door to the outside as well as a private bathroom and shower. the room comes with a mini fridge and freezer as well as a microwave. there is also lots of room for storage. the monthly rent is $480 plus utilities due on the first of every month. i usually end up paying $550 a month roughly. the kitchen and living room areas are fully furnished, and also includes a laundry area with both a washer and dryer. cable, internet, and trash are all included within the $480. the utilities bill includes water, electricity, and gas. i'm looking to have someone move in either february or march, and the lease would end at the end of july. please email me if you have any questions! thank you.
