i have a large townhouse in the nice neighborhood of rockrimmon that
i share with one other girl and am looking for a third female roommate.
my other roommate and i are easy going, friendly, and responsible. we
both wait tables at a local restaurant and i go to college here in
colorado springs.

we are looking for someone to be our third roommate who is clean, nice, and easy going as well. sorry no smoking or pets. the room available for rent includes all utilities, a private bedroom, shared bathroom, and shared living space. we have a full kitchen, washer, dryer, large living room with fireplace, on-site facilities including an indoor pool and hot tub, game room and tennis courts. we are close to i-25 and uccs. rent includes cable tv, wifi, and utilities. rent is $500 a month and the deposit is also $500.
