i am in the air force and go to school part time. i recently deployed so i’m not going anywhere for at least 2 yrs. i can afford the place alone, but my brother just moved out and it would be nice to utilize the other rooms. i work m-f (7 to 5-ish). i drink socially, don't smoke but am indifferent to outside smokers, and have no pets but will consider animals on a case by case basis. there is a basement for storage, full washer/dryer, your own parking spot in the garage and your choice of two rooms. treadmill, pull up bar, free weights, etc are included. the 2-story house is in a corner lot of a cul-de-sac by sand creek high school. i am very chill so i require a chill person with no drama and a decent sense of humor. we don't have to be besties, but we do have to coexist. month to month is doable, as is a longer term deal. rent is negotiable. don’t need a neat freak, but slobs are no good, either. proof of employment is mandatory and i will run a background check to ensure you’re not a psycho.
