the bedrooms available are unfurnished. if you are interested in renting more than one room (for example, you could rent room 2 + big room 2 and have the furnished basement to yourself!), please just let me know and we can work out a discount.

the house is located in a safe neighborhood near powers blvd. (for plentiful shopping and entertainment, restaurants and movie theater), with plenty of parking. it is also 1 block from a rtd bus route and close to peterson afb, too. the kitchen and living rooms are shared and are completely furnished and beautifully decorated - a warm, relaxing, safe place to land at the end of your day!

there is a zero tolerance policy regarding smoking, illicit drug use, or intoxication/drunkenness of any kind. no pets please.
