i am 27, i work full time, days, on schriever afb. i own a large home and i have an upstairs bedroom available. i don't know the square footage, but it's not too small, has a nice big closet. there is a full bathroom right down the hall that would be private except over the holidays when my family will be staying in the guest room.

pets are possible, though i would prefer no cats/dogs. i do own 2 parrots, they are loud on occassion during the day, but sleep through the night.

the rent would include cable (if you want hd you would just have to pay the cost of an extra box) internet, utilities, and you would have access to washer/dryer. if you have a smaller vehicle and can help me move some empty boxes and scrap wood to the dump, room could probably be made in the garage, otherwise parking in the driveway (sloped) or street is available. i also have a hot tub in the back that would be available.

most of my rules/conditions and prices are negotiable, but i will be fairly particular about who i take in. i am a very laid back guy, i tend to hang out at the house, though i enjoy going on from time to time. i have no issues with alcohol and my home is quite drama free... i would like it to stay that way.
