i am a female looking for another responsible, drama free room mate to share a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. they would have the second bedroom with private bath (both bedrooms are the same size). the living room, dining room, kitchen, and washer/dryer are all furnished and shared. the apartment is in a gated community and has a pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. oh, and there is a fireplace in the living room as well!
i do have a very friendly 35 pound dog. if you have a dog 35 pounds or less that gets along with my dog that would be fine. there is a non-refundable $20 pet rent each month as well as whatever the pet deposit would be for having a second dog in the apartment.
you would be responsible for half of the utilities as well.
great central location! only 15 minutes from uccs, 5 minutes from i-25, and plenty of shopping around!!
