3 bedroom home with 2 car garage and fenced yard. safe community, about 1 mile east of palmer park. i have 2 dogs, looking for 1 roommate to rent 1 room. full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 in the master, the other will only be used by guests and primarily the renter. dogs ok, assuming they get along with my dogs; no cats. i'm a low key, respectful guy looking for someone who is easy going. not a neat freak and definitely not dirty. 420 is ok, as long as its done outside. guests ok, but no parties unless discussed. simply put, i'm looking for someone to split the rent; someone who is down to earth, respectful, and looking for the same. young professional is preferred. my 2 dogs are super friendly and well behaved.
