hi, i'm eric. i'm 22 and i just moved into a nice 2 bed 2 bath townhome. you would have your own private bath. the place is furnished with the exception of your room. $575 covers all utilities, cable internet, rent, etc.

i work 40 hours per week locally. i enjoy the outdoors, cooking, sports, checking out breweries, and just hanging out. i really am a great roommate and am looking for a female roommate because of past hit or miss experiences with male roommates.
