are you a student at uccs, ppcc, or a student enrolled in online classes? i am looking for someone interested in taking over my nice room located in the new lion village area near the university of colorado at colorado springs. the house is barely a year old, and you would receive your own, fully furnished room and bathroom. i have kept the area clean, and i have only have two quiet roommates. this price also does include community parking.the rate is locked in until june 9th, 2018 meaning that it will never change/go up, as the village's fees will be increasing for new residents. this a flat fee for all amenities and utilities. that means all of the following are covered:
-rent
-cable/internet
-trash disposal
-electricity
-water, etc.
there is also a pool and fitness center located in a club house just a short walk away.
there are no fees besides the amount for rent. my roommates are very quiet and generally do not leave their rooms except to go to work. i have personally vacuumed, wiped down the cabinets, and seen to every cleaning detail here. it is move in ready and does include a bed, desk, chair, and closet. the unit also has a fully furnished kitchen, and its own new washer and dryer.
