hi, we are a caucasian couple in our twenties with a two bed/bath 1,100 sq. ft., apartment in southern colorado springs in the nice broadmoor area. times are tough, and we need a temporary roommate. three months to be exact. our lease is up january first 2016. the apartment is pretty nice. parking is kind of a pain. washer and dryer inside the apartment for use. the spare room comes with a big walk in closet. a full bathroom connected to the room with private entry. central heat and air. second floor. private balcony. close to fort carson and downtown. king soopers is half a mile away. we have high speed wi-fi for you to use. a fireplace. washer and dryer and kitchen are right next to the spare room. please provide your own food. the room is not furnished. there are a few of our things in there, but obviously we would clear them out for you.

now, a little info about us... we are very laid back, open minded, and easy going. we are a happy, and stable couple of nearly four years. we prefer an evening at home versus going out or partying. my girlfriend has her medical marijuana card, so there will be marijuana usage. we keep to ourselves, and we are chill and calm most of the time. we do have a small tortoise shell cat that is declawed and fixed.

what we are looking for in a roommate... a female, who is between eighteen and thirty, who has a job, and a car, or someone who is a student with the ability to pay for rent. we would prefer if you were single, so we don't have to worry about you having someone over we don't know. we would prefer, if you are in a relationship, that your partner has their own place to stay, and does not sleep over. we would like someone who doesn't have company over frequently, and is quiet, and respectful. we want our roommate to be mature and honest. most of all, we need someone we can trust in our home. no smoking inside. sorry, no pets. :( that's about all i can think of right now... let me know if you have questions or requests.
