great neighborhood, clean, and quiet. rental is a 2 bedroom basement, and one room is available for rent. share kitchen & bathroom with one existing roommate who is clean & respectful. basement entry is separate from the rest of the house. there is no living room - there's a kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with doors that can lock. no pets, no smoking.
owner lives on the upper level, though you'll hardly ever see me because everything is separated. house is kept in good condition always.
house is 4 blocks from greenbelt rd. & rhode island ave intersect. 2 blocks from rt.1 (baltimore ave.), 1 mile from greenbelt metro & i-495, and 2 miles from umd.
