large room on top floor of house in college park maryland on amherst road. looking for one to sublet starting may/june into august. have access to kitchen, laundry, parking. room has its own bathroom with sink, toilette, bath tub and shower. bathroom is separated by doorway. 5 minutes away from campus by car, a walk away from plato's diner, 20 minute walk to campus, responsible land lord. the house has a short cut in the back yard that you can cut across to save you about 5 minutes of walking time to get to beachwood rd/dr. furnished with a bed, desk lamp, mirror in bathroom, and large trunk with seating capabilities. desk may also be available, can be negotiated. utilities are included in rent.
the rent i'm paying currently is 650. i am willing to pay the 50 left over so that you only have to pay 600 per month, saving you approximately 200 dollars (depending on your date of arrival.)

i also have another sublet available in the same house. basement room rent $450-500. has its own private entrance, shared bathroom. cats live in the house so if allergic please take into account.
