i have a room available now until the of july 2016 when the lease is up.rent is $375 a month
wsg is a flat rate of $25 a month
avista varies but it averages $40-$60 a month depending
internet is available, just has to be set up
when all the bills are paid it averages about $450ish a month.
the deposit for it was $375 but i wouldn't mind working something out if you can't pay that up front right away.
it's a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment so you wouldn't have your own bathroom. looking preferably for a girl as my current roommate is a girl.
