furnished room for rent in a manufactured home in north coconut creek off hillsboro blvd. close to the sawgrass expressway and 95. very conveniently located, as far as shopping. if you do not have a car, you might have a hard time getting around, because the buses aren't great.must be dog friendly as i am involved in rescue and fostering!
we are mother and grown son, both employed full-time. very quiet, respectful and keep to ourselves. we value our privacy and respect other people's privacy, as well.
we had a roommate that was working out great, but he is in the reserves and just received his orders to go away.
$500/month includes cable, wifi, central a/c, private bedroom, shared bathroom, washer/dryer and kitchen. food not included. the room has a night stand, dresser, xl twin bed, small couch, tv, and a ceiling fan.
you must be employed and pay rent on the 1st of every month, without fail. we feel safe and secure in our home. it is far from fancy, but it is our home. neighborhood is quiet with 2 pools, playground, and basketball courts. prefer someone for at least 7 months. you must clean up after yourself.
