we're looking for a great roommate to share our four bedroom home in clinton maryland! just 5 minutes from andrews airforce base, off of branch avenue.who we are:
we're a diverse, fun loving group of individuals who are outgoing and open minded.
responsible professionals, ages ranging in our 30s. 30 is the new 20 right?
there are two very friendly dogs (one is a therapy dog) and two almost invisible cats in the house.
the house:
has a wood fireplace in the den, a large kitchen, a formal dining and living room, 2.5 bathrooms, large backyard with the deck reaching the whole length of the house and an open fire pit. there's even a punching bag in the garage if you like to let off a little steam :) the room is available furnished with a queen size bed or unfurnished if you like and you would be sharing a bathroom. there is plenty of street parking available right in front of the house. the rent amount for the room is $750 and includes all your utilities. a security deposit of $700 is also required but can be split into two payments the first two months. the house is smoke free. bbq season is just around the corner .. you don't want to miss out on all those perfect grilling days!
